support, handled customer service issues, trouble shooting and analyzing
individual concerns. Changed Windows NT passwords, synchronizing accounts,
Novell client Software, Configuration, Installing and replacing hardware as
needed. AS400 administration. Helpdesk team was
responsible for approx. 4000+ end users nationwide during OPUS rollout which
implemented NT Workstations and servers. Time Management and Organization Skills
were essential in this fast past high pressured position.
